Hey, I’m Brad Gouthro, and that girl you see above is my beautiful girlfriend and pro fitness model, Jessica Rumbaugh. Nobody, and I mean nobody, would have predicted I would be on the cover of a fitness magazine or be known as that guy who “lives lean with abs every day of the year.” Now I’m seen with my shirt off more than it’s on! Complete opposite of my high school days of shyness and low self-esteem.
All this success has happened within the last 3 years (ironically enough, the same time my abs starting popping out all year long). I’ve been working out for over 10 years now but I never had rock solid abs until I learned how to train them properly.
At the time I mistakenly thought it was about getting the most reps of sit-ups done every day. I was so wrong. It wasn’t until I learned it’s more about QUALITY REPS than QUANTITY REPS that my abs came to live. It still drives me crazy when I see this ads on YouTube (which always seem to be shown before my videos) by “experts” that don’t even have flat abs, and they’re teaching the WRONG types of exercises and techniques to really make your abs “pop”.
